Emergency Rates

  • $350 + gst call out fee.

    This is our minimum charge and covers up to the first hour onsite and includes travel time for 30 minutes from Plimmerton (we can get almost anywhere in the greater Wellington region in that time).

    $55 + gst for every 15 minutes after the first hour.

  • For work between 8am - 5pm

    $175 + gst call out fee.

    This is our minimum charge and covers up to the first hour onsite and includes any travel cost (up to 30 minutes of travel).

    $55 + gst for every 30 mins after the first hour.

  • $500 + gst public holiday surcharge fee.

    $350 + gst call out fee.

    This is our minimum charge and covers up to the first hour onsite and includes travel time for 30 minutes from Porirua.

    This will bring the first hour charge to $850 + gst if we attend a call out on a public holiday.

    We have this charge to cover the cost of the day in lieu our team gets for working hard on a public holiday.

    $55 + gst for every 15 minutes after the first hour.

  • You can find the mains switch near your boundary. Look for a small plastic covering and turn off the tap to turn off your water supply.

  • This is on a case-by-case basis depending on what is being repaired. We can help you do this when we get to the property if  required and advise you over the phone if we think it’s necessary.  If you need to do it in advance, you’ll need to locate your fuse box.

  • Yes we do, our emergency service is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Please note that we have a special after hours rate.
