We also love being out and about in the community working on everyday jobs. Leaky tap? Bathroom disaster? We approach these jobs with the same care and detail as we do with renovations and new builds.

We’re well aware a call to the plumber is not everyone’s favourite thing on the to-do list, so our aim is to make every experience with us efficient, transparent and friendly.

FAQs

  • It’s not essential, but if you’re worried and there’s water everywhere, you can find your water main easily via Wellington Water Maps, type in your address and show you where on your property to look - usually near your front boundary. Turn the valve right to turn off the mains. 

  • The toby is the council tab that isolates the water main and the water main is the water supply to your house.

  • Outside our business hours of 8am - 5pm on weekdays, or anytime on the weekend incurs an after hours rate.

  • Avoid putting oil, fat, coffee grounds and large food items down the drain, plus regular cleaning to avoid a build up.
