Completed in November 2025, the Whanga Crescent Development delivered much-needed social housing for Te Āhuru Mōwai in Porirua.

Working alongside First Light Architects, Duncan Commercial Construction, Dwell Project Management, and a range of local Porirua and iwi-owned businesses, Ka Pai Plumbing was proud to provide the plumbing and drainage services for this important community project.

From underground services through to final fit-off, our team worked closely with the wider project team to deliver reliable, high-quality plumbing systems that will serve residents for years to come.
